User TasksThis app features 3 major user tasks. One being closed captioning, the other being interior navigation, and the other is finding exterior navigation.
Captioning is provided for live performances with text. Users will “start the show” and start their captions and follow along till the show is over.
Users can select a venue and navigate the interior of a building to ensure they are in the right theatre and they can easily view exits/entrances and bathrooms.
Users can start their journey and follow live directions so that they can reach the end of their destination to access the specific building they need to.
